The Afrakan-centered challenge
An Afrakan-centered philosophy of living can be challenging for both individuals and organizations. They often have trouble developing curriculum, educating and training staff, and struggle to hold on to their members. Leaders and members alike often find themselves needing better techniques in order to be productive. Similarly, many well-intentioned Afrakan-centered individuals find difficulty in clearly defining their purpose. They find themselves lacking the discipline to study effectively and work creatively. Not knowing how to work in a team based atmosphere can also be a hindrance. When faced with these and other difficulties many individuals find themselves overwhelmed by the chalenge of how to be of service to the Afrakan community.
