Healtharian Concepts for Living

The Afrakan approach to health has always worked toward the unification of mind, body and spirit. Our focus is on reinvigorating the individual through occasional changes in environment, modifying dietary behaviors, habitual exercises and the affirmations of a support group. Afrakaltural Outreach

The Afrakaltural Outreach department promotes the unicity of Afrakan people across the diaspora (American Afrakan, Carribean Afrakan, Continental Afrakan, etc.) and their communities by focusing on unifying cultural themes and practices.

Children and teens are engaged in cultural education programs, trips, and various events that promote inter-cultural and cross-cultural relationships between American, Caribbean and Continental Afrakan youth. Summer sessions are accented with white water rafting, hiking, indoor rock climbing and team building retreats.
